Two key components of Organizational Change Management (OCM) that drive adoption are communication and training. In this course, instructors Becky Lyons and Gretchen Burnham present a step-by-step approach for creating a communications plan. Participants will also review best practices in developing user profiles/personas, a persona-based competency model, and training design to develop competencies.
