Metadata is a very hot topic, and it always has been hot at the EDW conference. But finally, everyone else is catching on!

Metadata is becoming more important in terms of the breadth of uses and important in terms of the significance of those applications. Some of this is undoubtedly due to the explosion of the data catalog and self-service analytics markets, but the reasons are broader than that. 

In this interactive (and sometimes playful!) panel, Bob Seiner and his colleagues will offer up the multitude of ways that metadata is useful in today's systems and all the important questions that metadata can answer! Please bring your own reasons so you can contribute to the conversation!

Outside of work, Anjali enjoys spending time with her young daughter and husband. She is an avid golfer and pickleball player. She has completed her Sommelier L1 certification and is currently pursuing a 200-hour yoga teacher training.
