Michael has over a decade of experience in Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology in both public and private sectors. His diverse background working across the enterprise in numerous change management roles for many of the world’s leading financial institutions has helped him develop a unique perspective on how these organizations function and how to navigate a changing business, technical, and regulatory landscape. Michael received an MS in Finance and an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He earned a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification from PRMIA, a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from PMI, and numerous other industry licenses and data/IT certifications.

Sanjay is an Associate Partner and the Head of Data Management for Phyton Consulting, a professional services firm with deep industry and subject matter experience, focused on delivering high-quality solutions for clients. Sanjay has spent the last 10 years working in the Financial Services industry, focused primarily on delivering large-scale data transformation programs within the Finance, Risk, and Compliance space. Sanjay has led the development and execution of data strategies for leading mid and large-size financial institutions and has been instrumental in shaping the vision and future of many CDO organizations. His expansive experience in Management Consulting has helped Sanjay cultivate a deep understanding of how financial services organizations of all sizes and complexities navigate the challenges of a highly regulated and ever-changing data environment. Sanjay holds a BBA in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
