• Share how CT is leveraging Data Governance practices as part of MDM and Data Quality

Speaker: John Lieto

John is a seasoned leader of large and small teams of business operations analysts and customer specialists responsible for servicing the needs of legal professionals, Internal customers, and end users. He has experience leading projects and initiatives in support of evolving service and sales workflows, customer relationship management processes, and Data Management strategies and governance. He is currently leading a Data and Platform Management Practice that is enabled by systems and processes. This practice includes a team of data stewards and analysts that resides within a business operations group that is aligned with business goals. John's recent projects include successfully implementing bidirectional Data Quality and Master Data systems and processes between ERP, CRM, and Informatica MDM, Metadata Management, Collibra implementation, and the Delivery of Entity and Customer management solutions that leveraged Scaled Agile Methods.
