Human Factors in Data (Panel)
Most companies recognize the importance of data, analytics, and governance. Yet, many companies are failing in their efforts to become data-driven, or data-centric. Increasing investment in technology does not solve the problem. Rather, in order to succeed, organizations must address the most difficult issue that is holding them back: cultural change and the human side of being data-driven. A massive change in processes, roles, vision, and various other business fields is required, and nobody in the organization will be untouched by what we are doing, so we should have them in our focus and help them through the change. Our panel will discuss these human factors, and how to address them.
