Communicating the Value of Data Governance (Panel)
When looking to support or get resources for your Data Governance program, it is critical to be able to define its value. And yet often this is difficult because the benefits are indirect or hard to measure. In this discussion, four practitioners walk you through examples of value measurement that they have undertaken to demonstrate the value of data governance and how they communicated that value to the stakeholders in their organizations.
