Phil’s skillset covers data analysis, performance management, learning design, and change management, which he combines effectively as a thought leader in the developing field of data literacy. Phil currently leads data literacy programs within the UK government and delivers data training to senior leaders in Military, Defence, Policing, and Financial Services.
