Federated data governance in the data world is increasing, but implementing this is not easy. Therefore, in this presentation, we will talk about our experience implementing a data governance program, highlight the main learnings on this process, and share the importance of these 3 C's:

• Communication: we have to talk about data governance
• Consistency: we have to answer questions
• Consciousness: we do not govern all the data alone, everyone needs to do this
