Robert S. Seiner is the President and Principal of KIK Consulting & Educational Services and the Publisher of The Data Administration Newsletter (TDAN.com). Bob was recently awarded the DAMA Professional Award for significant and demonstrable contributions to the Data Management industry. Bob specializes in “Non-Invasive Data Governance,” Data Stewardship, and Metadata Management solutions.

Ben Fox, Head of Data Governance for Electronic Arts (EA)

Ben Fox has led all aspects of the data lifecycle for much of his career. Data is an organization’s most critical asset and not only requires protection, but also a great deal of education and training around its management and use. Having spent his career with admired organizations like Disney, Toyota, Chase, and Activision Blizzard, he has witnessed the power of data’s potential. His most recent role as Head of Data Governance for Electronic Arts affords him the opportunity to ensure that the company is effectively leveraging data to “Inspire the World to Play”.

Allison Sagraves, Board Advisor, Adjunct Faculty, Consultant, Speaker, Global Data Power Women 2020-2022

 Allison L. Sagraves is a recognized authority on data and analytics strategy and advises start-ups, companies, and leaders on data monetization and strategy. Allison served as the founding Chief Data Officer of M&T Bank, a Top 20 U.S. Bank. As an early enterprise chief data officer in industry, she helped define the role and has achieved international recognition, named to 2022 Top 100 Global Data and Analytics Innovators, 2022 Top 50 Data and Analytics Leaders, and three-time Global Data Power Women. Allison is a founding faculty member for the Carnegie Mellon University Chief Data and Analytics Officer Program, where she is now both a faculty member and adviser.

Christopher Stephens, Head of Data Ecosystems, Geico

Chris has been leading large-scale data transformations for over a decade.  In his time at Pivotal Software he helped lead a global Data Science practice bringing together modern data principles and Agile software practices.  He has helped many F100 organizations transform their businesses via advanced analytics and data.  For the past 5+ years Chris has been in CDO roles driving similar outcomes for American Eagle Outfitters, Zendesk and GEICO.  Chris is helping develop the next generation of data leaders as Adjunct Faculty in Carnegie Mellon’s Chief Data Officer program.  Chris fills his personal time with travel, hiking, guitar and his 5 high school and college age children.  He and his wife live in Pittsburgh with their kids, cat (Goose) and two dogs (Tito and Neela).
