Almost three years ago the Data Quality and Governance Journey was launched under the umbrella of the Data Strategy and Transformation Programme for the Lufthansa Group. The main objective was to set the foundation for the development of a data-driven organization. Establishing data as a corporate asset and thus making data usage more efficient set the foundation for a data- and AI-driven company. After having focused on developing the Data Quality and Governance framework for the Lufthansa Group, now the attention has shifted towards the data user enablement, i.e., implementing the supporting tools to make Data Quality and Governance tangible.
