Sarah is the Data Quality Manager for Blue Cross NC's Data & Analytics Lifecycle Management department. She has over 15 years of direct Data Governance experience, specifically with healthcare data. During her 4 years at Blue Cross NC, she has built and established an Enterprise Data Quality program from the ground up, generating value directly tied to business area goals. As a leader in Data Governance, she has developed a depth and breadth of knowledge around data governance technologies, processes, and operations. She strives to drive and mature the practice of Data Governance forward by evolving it with the latest technologies and industry trends. Sarah loves to travel, enjoys spending time with her family, and is an avid "birder."

Lisa is a Data Quality Analyst for Blue Cross NC’s Data and Analytics Lifecycle Management department. She has over 10 years of direct Data Governance and Quality experience. For the past 2 years, she has been working to build/mature the BCNC data quality program. Lisa is a Sjogren’s Foundation supporter and advocate and enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.
