About a year into integration, we realized that our current Data Stewardship model was not working. We were surpassing SLAs but working harder than ever. We understood our pain points, but we lacked definition around our efforts. We could not provide metrics around the type of request and how resources were allocated, and consumer confidence was at an all-time low.
