Most of us are familiar with the calculation and score-carding of Data Quality metrics, but this is only a small part of the types of metrics that can go into assessing the progress of your Data Management or Data Governance initiative. Some metrics can be challenging to define; some are challenging to calculate, but chosen and leveraged appropriately, they provide objective, concrete evidence that allows you to communicate effectively with your stakeholders.

He has worked with Data Management executives at large and mid-sized corporations around the world to assess the efficacy of their Data Management practices and help to devise strategies & policies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of these initiatives while mitigating risk exposure around these practices. An industry thought leader, David appears regularly at conferences across the country and is a regular contributing member of the Enterprise Data Management Council.
