Aju Jacob is a Data Architect innovating solutions in Lockheed Martin’s Data and AI Enablement Organization. He is currently spearheading initiatives to integrate Artificial Intelligence into business operations and enable enterprise transformation, with a particular emphasis on Data Governance and Data Retention. Aju previously led the Intelligent Factory Data Lake team as Product Owner, where he enhanced a data pipeline that unlocked business value from manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) data. Prior to that, as technical lead, he played a key role in architecting a Human Resources data lake, yielding critical human capital insights. Aju Jacob serves as LM Associate Fellow and holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems and Networks from the University of Florida.
