Anil Bastanoglu holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an MS in MBA from Bahçesehir University, also in Istanbul. With eight years of experience in Data Modeling, Data Analytics,Metadata Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Architecture, he currently serves as a Senior Expert on the Metadata Technologies Team. In this role, he is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the modeling process and tools for various data governance initiatives, including GDPR Data Discovery, Metadata Management, and Metadata Quality. He has expertise in working with both relational databases (such as DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server) and non-relational databases (such as Hadoop, NoSQL, and Hive).
