Jessica is the founder of Hablemos de Gobierno DATA&AI, an organization based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, dedicated to sharing knowledge on data governance and AI governance, fostering a data-driven culture, and empowering the data community in Mexico. Jessica has extensive experience leading large, cross-functional data teams in areas such as Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence. Right now, she is focused on supporting organizations in developing and defining their data strategy and governance frameworks. A graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey, she holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and has a proven track record in developing and leading data governance strategies, data warehouse platforms, and digital transformation initiatives supported by CDMP. She is an Adjunct professor at EGADE Business School and serves as Vice President of Education on the board of directors for the DAMA Mexico Chapter.
