Ronaldo is an Executive Director of Business Data and Analytics and is the Head of Enterprise Data Governance at USAA. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in governance, risk management, and compliance. Ron has served in several business areas at USAA and held various leadership roles in Insurance Operations, Business Risk and Controls Management, Business Process Management, Process Engineering, Applications Development, and Product Management. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and an MBA from St. Leo University. Ron holds professional designations as a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from the Risk Management Society (RIMS).
