**This is Subscription-Only Content, It is NOT purchasable as a separate product**

This session describes the importance of data architecture-related documentation for project success. Typically, documentation is overlooked or looked down upon, and either not created or created half-heartedly and not useful for anyone.

It is essential that the documentation can easily and quickly be updated and kept current during the project. Tools like PowerPoint and SharePoint allow for real-time updates to provide immediate benefits to project team members and stakeholders.

This session will cover diagrams that have a proven track record of success which include:

  • Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) Current and Future State examples
  • High-Level Data Conversion diagrams
  • Detailed Data Conversion diagrams
  • System Integration diagram examples
  • SharePoint List Apps for Status, Tracking, Issue Resolution
  • Status Updates using color coding
