I will share how I used Data Storytelling as a powerful tool and how it helped significantly to engage stakeholders and sparked interest in our organization-wide data governance initiatives. With over two decades of experience in both business and technology, I have had the pleasure of working on diverse data programs across small and large companies. Currently, I am leading the data governance program from the ground up at Europe's largest vehicle leasing company, Motability Operations. I have meticulously built, drafted, and executed our Data Governance Program.

Previously, I worked on extensive data programs at HSBC, directly collaborating with the Chief Data Officer. There, I managed data governance and data quality for data consolidation from dozens of countries. I have a proven track record of launching new data programs and contributing to ongoing data initiatives. My unique blend of technology and business expertise allows me to seamlessly switch between the "business and technology hat" as needed. Some other big names where I have worked are IBM, Barclays, HSBC, Sapient, Fidelity, and Nomura.
