Daniel is a Senior Manager in the Data Management practice at Eclipse Consulting. He has over a decade of financial services experience in data and analytics strategy, business intelligence solution delivery, business process improvement, technology product management and application development. While the majority of Daniel’s experience is in management consulting, he also held leadership roles as Head of Data Acquisition and Principal Product Manager at an AI and predictive analytics SaaS startup, where he took a predictive software solution from ideation to market launch and built an alternative data discovery and procurement function from the ground up.

Eric Glenn has delivered on transformational systems implementation projects throughout analysis, design, and development phases. Eric’s recent work has focused on the delivery of a governance frameworks which reduces risk and ensures regulatory compliance for financial institutions operating in the commercial lending space. He has experience in analyzing business processes, translating business rules / requirements into a design. Has experience managing the development of requirements using agile methodologies. Eric holds a Bachelors of Applied Technology – Industrial Design from the Humber Institute of Technology in Toronto, ON.
