Speaker: Jacqueline Paneque

Jacqueline Paneque (Jacqui) is a data governance professional working in an Enterprise role at TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology manufacturing leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. Drawing from her experience within one of TE’s business units, she possesses a thorough understanding of the business requirements and data concerns. This insight proved instrumental in her transition to the Data Insights & Analytics – Data Governance team as a Lead Data Governance Specialist. She is passionate about data literacy, data quality, and the journey to get to data that you can trust, find, and understand. She holds two bachelor's degrees from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (a BS in Mathematics-Statistics and a BSBA in Finance and Management) and two master's degrees from West Texas A&M (an MS in Finance & Economics and an MBA in computer Science).
Speaker: Natalie Lamm

Natalie Lamm is a passionate customer experience and data advocate, with expertise across multiple industries. Gaining extensive experience in harmonizing business needs with technical stakeholders, Natalie has been able to unlock the power of partnerships to drive organizational data alignment. In her current role at TE Connectivity, Natalie works to align business stakeholders across 10+ business units to create unified data structures, harmonize product data attributes, and align data requirements with customer needs. She is passionate about data quality and helping organizations unlock the value of quality data to solve real-world problems. Natalie has also worked on master data transformations in the food and manufacturing industries, and spent 7+ years in the B2C space, designing and launching a syndicated data platform to harmonize internal product data with external customers to ensure real-time data consistency. She holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Communication from Michigan State University and an MBA in Marketing from Butler University.
