Carmen Cercelescu is a data governance practitioner with a strong track on leading highly challenging big data and analytics transformation programs, built during the last 15+ years in big corporates mainly in Finance and Insurance. Carmen believes that the success of the data management programs depends on the impact of the data transformation on the business results and value creation. As consultant and practice lead she is a recognized advisor and evangelist of the best practices on the data governance and data management field with an obsession on a pragmatic approach, well-sized on the company culture and strategic positioning. She combines recent academic degree on big data with coaching and mentoring activities leading to efficient integration of the data governance into daily activities. Her passion for applied scientific neuroscience knowledge, enforced by the recent MIT Sloan certification in Neuroscience for business are key skills to drive to success the data culture change.

R&D Consultant - EuraNova


Oumaima Belghith is a Business Analyst with three years of experience who oversees and drives the research and implementation of R&D projects in the scope of data management and data governance at Euranova. As a data governance consultant and project manager, she currently supports a data governance mission led by Toyota Motor Europe, in which she contributed to defining a tailored data governance framework in terms of strategy and approach. Currently, she is supporting the implementation of its components. This includes defining strategy not only data management aspects, but also organizational elements such as communication, training, and culture, as well as the operating systems and their deployment. Furthermore, she, alongside the data governance team, developed the data governance practice at Euranova on state-of-the-art data governance combined with vast experience and knowledge of the customer’s reality. This practice brings theoretical concepts to concrete and tangible actions while offering an agile end-to-end approach to clients that will support their digital transformation through awareness, diligence, and organization.
