From pandemic delays to staffing issues and technical problems, they have navigated it all. Dylan Oxford

Dylan Oxford currently serves as the Data Governance and Release Manager for the Washington State Health Care Authority, the State’s designated Medicaid agency. During his 20 years of service, he has led and supported projects in Data Governance, health information technology and interoperability, service quality measurement and analytics, and financial reporting. He has a degree in health information management, and a passion for utilizing data to improve the lives of the citizens of Washington.
Chris Boyd

Chris manages the Office of Enterprise Data Delivery, which was established at HCA to deal with issues of data maturity. He is a public servant with a decade of experience in data warehousing. He focuses on reusability and extensibility of data infrastructure, and reproducibility of data products. His team develops their data warehouse as a cloud-native solution, using DevOps practices, and the Agile framework. He holds a master’s in public administration from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington.
