Operating Models are a key part of any Data Management Strategy. They define the roles, accountabilities, structures, interaction protocols, and more about how an organization, well, operates! But what does this mean for our Data Governance activities? Is it just one more construct that we have to govern or can a comprehensive Operating Model actually help focus our governance activities?

He has worked with Data Management executives at large and mid-sized corporations around the world to assess the efficacy of their Data Management practices and help to devise strategies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of these initiatives while mitigating risk exposure around their data management practices. An industry thought leader, he appears regularly at conferences across the country and is contributing member of the Enterprise Data Management Council.
