In this session, we will talk about the aspects and management theories around change, fear response, and how to handle backlash to change as you experience it. This will be a hands-on session where we’ll dive into communication plans, effective strategies for change management, and actionable solutions to being the bridge between the business and technology.

Speaker: Aakriti Agrawal

Aakriti Agrawal, MBA, is a Manager of Business Metadata Data Governance at American Express. Prior to this, she helped stand up a Data Governance program at Ameritas. She has a Masters degree with a focus in organizational and nonprofit change. On the side, she enjoys philanthropy work – she co-founded a nonprofit, Girls Code Lincoln. Through her professional and philanthropic experiences, Aakriti has been able to practice effective change management by generating buy-in, developing processes, and creating robust programs that grow and thrive.
