We will share our story of developing a shared definition of data quality and its essential components, the process we undertook to develop and pilot our data quality rubric, and the lessons we learned.

Bridget Miller is the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Arcadia University and works collaboratively across the institution to provide data, information, and analyses that support and strengthen evidence-based planning and decision-making at the University. She provides leadership in University-wide efforts for assessment, institutional research, strategic planning, data governance, and overall institutional effectiveness.
Bridget Co-Chairs the University Data Governance Core Team, Chairs the University Data Stewards Committee, and Co-Chairs the University’s Strategic Leadership Team.
She holds an Ed.D. from St. John Fisher College and M.P.A. and B.A. degrees from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.

Kristin O. Judge M.Ed. ‘04, is the Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs at Arcadia University. As part of her responsibilities, she serves dual roles as a Core Team Member and a Data Steward for the University’s Data Governance Committee.
